SpeedMask® peelable masks are solvent-free, 100% solids resins designed for the masking of printed circuit board components prior to conformal coating application or wave solder and reflow processes. They cure in seconds "on-demand" when exposed to UV/Visible light. More... The fast cure allows boards to be immediately processed without the need for racking or waiting. The masks have low odor and require no special venting. The cured materials also leave no silicone, ionic contamination, or corrosive residues.Dymax® electronic masks can be used to protect many different PCB substrates including FR-4, ceramic, gold fingers or frames, connectors - surface mounted and raised as well as the many materials used in the manufacture of electronic components. The masks are available in a variety of packaging sizes for easy automated dispensing from standard pressure-fed dispensing equipment. Less

Dymax® 1000-series adhesives are solvent free and cure within seconds upon exposure to UV and visible light, permitting bonding of UV-inhibited and tinted plastics. Many 1100-series adhesives are formulated with patented Dymax® fluorescing technology, causing More... them to glow brightly when exposed to a low-intensity "black light". This enhances the functionality of automated vision equipment for high-speed, high-volume production. These products are ISO 10993 approved and are ideal for bonding a wide variety of substrates found in reservoirs and housings, respiratory devices, needles and syringes, transducers, tube sets and fittings, wearable devices, and other medical disposables. Advanced coating technology for faster, efficient processingDymax® Light-Weld® and Ultra Light-Weld® light-curable dome coatings create crystal-clear protective coatings in seconds upon exposure to ultraviolet light. The instant, on-demand cure "locks More... out" airborne contamination. Optimized product flow allows consistent shape, producing consistent domes, resulting in fewer rejects. The higher-viscosity coatings are engineered for producing curved domes, which optically magnify and enhance the appearance of labels and images. Fast cure times allow for greater productivity and less inventory. Less
