Our slitting services include both lathe slitting and rewind slitting to handle the high-quality requirements for diverse applications across a wide variety of industries. We use our state-of-the-art lathe slitters to slice large rolls of the adhesive tape to smaller, custom widths. Computer controls enable us to program the blade direction, cutting speed, and mandrel speed with pinpoint precision. We uphold the tightest tolerances in the industry, and the extreme level of accuracy and repeatability ensures products comply with the highest quality standards. Our rewind slitting operations involve unwinding a large master roll through a series of razor, shear, or score blades and then rewinding the material on narrower rolls with the specified width and diameter.
